Mejor Satish Kumar Yadev was born in 1989 at 4 th May .He is a child of a farmer's family. He belongs to an  Indian Armed force family. He is an Indian Army Junior commissioned Officer and an Indian boxer from Bulandshahr. 

Satishs journey in army :

He joined in Army in 2008 as a soldier.This is where he started his boxing career.He was inspired by his older brother to join in army.






                                     
Satish in Tokyo Olympics 2020:                                        

 During the 10th day of Tokyo Olimpic Satish competed with the  great Uzbekistanian boxer  Bakhodi  Jalalov.

Satish was defeated by Bakhodi for  0- 5 point in quarter final.

 He  was injured in  the previous match with the Jamaican boxer Rocardo Brown . He had to  take 7 stitches for his injury . Satish was  fall behind in the first 2 rounds . Than was not able to cope up with Bakhodi .  That is how  Uzbek world champion Jalalov defeats Indian  29 years boxer in Quarterfinal.

Though Satish was lost but still he is a history maker as the first  Indian Boxer  to qualify for the   Olympic in the super heavy waight catagory.

Medals record:

He is the  winner of  a silver medal  in Gold Coast  Commonwealth game.He won 1 bronze medal  in Asian Games and  2 bronze medal in Asian Championships for super  heavy waight .
